Stephen is an energetic and results-driven visionary leader currently acting as the Global Head of Data Science & Growth Analytics for Cloud & AI at Microsoft. He’s informed investments in excess of $1B+ over the course of his career. He’s an adjunct professor and is studying AI at Harvard Business School. Before Microsoft he built high-performing teams in a number of multinational fortune 100/500/1000, helping those companies navigate 9/11, Space Shuttle Columbia and Hurricane Katrina to the more recent COVID-19 pandemic and America’s corporate response and action plan to social injustice for the Black Community.

It's those reasons together with the fact that in addition to all of his success in business, he's an incredible & compassionate human being. He's the father of two children which he raised alongside his ex-wife, before being openly part of the LGBTQ community.
