Where ambition meets delicious living.
Welcome to Recipes for Success, a weekly newsletter serving useful advice and delicious recipes straight to your inbox.
RFS Mission
What started as an heirloom cookbook for my daughters, filled with mantras to guide a good life and meals to nourish one, has grown into something bigger: a mission to share the joy of cooking and community with the next generation of ambitious women.
Here, we celebrate the women raising good humans and the ones raising the bar. The ones who want dinner to be both realistic and delicious. Who value a robe and a comfy couch just as much as a blazer and a seat at the table.
This is a place for recipes and real talk, for those doing their best to nurture their lives and their legacy, while also nurturing their careers. Welcome to the table, pull up your seat!
xx,
Stef
About RFS
After losing (and thankfully later recovering) my grandmother’s handwritten memoir about her life with my grandfather, I became obsessed with preserving family heirlooms and traditions so their stories would never be lost again. Whether it’s recipes, scrapbooks, Christmas cards, voicemails, or family videos, I wanted a way to protect these treasures so they could live on, accessible anywhere, anytime. That’s what first led me to build a family archival website, a digital home to bring our most cherished memories up from the basement, down from the cloud, and into a format meant to last.
As my library of family recipes grew and I stepped into motherhood, that same desire to preserve deepened. I felt called to create an heirloom cookbook for my girls… one filled not only with delicious recipes, but also with useful advice that could travel with them and guide them when I wasn’t around to do so. I wanted it to be something they could lean on as they left the nest, started families of their own, and carried traditions, both new and old, forward.
From that vision, Recipes for Success was born: a curated collection of recipes and wisdom, drawn from me, the incredible women in my community, and the icons I admire most. It’s a living legacy, part cookbook, part guidebook, part love letter, designed to nourish body, mind, and soul, for generations to come.
And by popular request, I’ve made it public through my newsletter, where I share one recipe and one “recipe for success” each week, so you can bring these ideas into your own life, and pass them on to those you love most.
Above all, I try to be a good human, raising good humans. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, author, businesswoman, and homemaker.
In my twenties, I wrote and published a personal development book for ambitious women that was hailed as “the self-love book of the year” and received an outpouring of support from readers and best-selling authors alike.
In an effort to connect with my readers beyond the book, I ran a heart-centered podcast for ambitious women at the intersection of ambition, self-trust, and the consumer brands I’m obsessed with, featuring the brave founders behind them.
While my current focus is growing my career and family, I look forward to publishing these recipes and recipes for success as a cookbook one day.
In the meantime, you can follow along with the journey as I continue sharing one piece of useful advice and one delicious recipe each week via my newsletter.
