To support this journey of connection, Stef joins your group to facilitate a 3.5-hour workshop that includes guided meditation, journaling, goal setting, and facilitated conversation.

About the ManifestHer Workshop

  • Start the day with a short introduction from Stef to set intentions for your time together, followed by a guided meditation and facilitated journaling exercise.

    After this connection to your inner self, Stef facilitates a group sharing exercise to guide you to a deeper sense of connection to each other.

    After a planned break, return to your group feeling invigorated, refreshed, and ready to get some of your biggest dreams and goals on paper.

    Stef will facilitate another meditation, a goal-setting workshop, and finally, she will hold space for your group to share their big dreams out loud and ask for support from the group.

  • Come comfy! We want you to be able to show up as the most authentic version of yourself, so leggings and joggers are welcome!

  • Stef will be bringing worksheets for you to leverage during your workshop, but, if it makes you feel more excited or comfortable, bring your own journal and pens for note-taking in your own sacred space.
