I write to help women and girls recognize their worth and act on what is possible for their lives. My debut book, ManifestHer, is a practical guide for ambitious women learning to navigate life and career after college. My ManifestHer Minis children’s series gives girls the lessons so many women do not discover until much later: self-worth, courage, resilience, compassion, and an unwavering belief in what is possible. I’m currently working on cookbook that pairs mantras for building a good life with delicious recipes for nourishing one. living.
A delicious life is the whole point. I want our home to feel like our favorite resort: a place where my family feels loved, our friends always have a seat at the table, and ordinary days become memories worth keeping. I love making a great meal, moving my body, getting lost in a book or heartfelt film, and creating traditions that grow more meaningful with time.
More than anything, I want to love my people well, live fully while I am here, and give my daughters the self-worth and inner knowing to become the fullest expression of who they are. I am building a life I never need to escape from, and I hope sharing it inspires others to build one of their own.
