Phil’s Chicken Thighs

For the Marinade:
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs Worcheshire
1 tbs Garlic
1 tbs Basil
For the Chicken thighs
1/4 cup each Lemon juice
1/4 cup Honey (alt = maple, agave)
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs sliced ginger to taste (sushi ginger)
How to make
Cook on grill or in oven 425 degree 30-40min
