Phil’s Chicken Thighs

IN PROGRESS DO NOT USE

For the Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice

  • 1 tbs soy sauce

  • 1 tbs Worcheshire

  • 1 tbs Garlic

  • 1 tbs Basil 

For the Chicken thighs

  • 1/4 cup each Lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup Honey (alt = maple, agave)

  • 1 tbs soy sauce

  • 1 tbs rice vinegar

  • 1 tbs sliced ginger to taste (sushi ginger)

How to make

  • Cook on grill or in oven 425 degree 30-40min
