Warm Chicky Salad Sammies on Croissant

What You’ll Need
4 large croissants
2 cups prepared chicken salad
⅓ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped giardiniera (well-drained)
4 slices provolone cheese
2 tbs mayo
1 tbs spicy dijon mustard
How to Make
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Build the Base
Slice croissants in half horizontally. Spoon a generous mound of chicken salad onto the bottom half of each croissant. Top with a slice of provolone. Place the tops back on.
Warm + Melt
Wrap each sandwich loosely in foil and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 8–12 minutes, until: The cheese is melted The filling is warmed through. Open the foil and return to the oven for 3 more minutes so the croissants lightly crisp on the outside.
Add the yummy goodness.
Remove from the oven and carefully lift the tops off. Sprinkle in the dried cranberries and chopped giardiniera. Add a swipe of mayo and Dijon. Return the tops, wrap loosely again if needed to keep warm.
Serve as you wish!
