What You’ll Need
2 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Dash salt
How to Make
Preheat oven to 275°F
First, let’s make our egg custard.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff but not dry. Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff after each addition.
Now, let’s prepare to bake.
Scoop into heaping mounds onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
Time to Bake!
Bake 40 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned. When they come out of the oven, remove at once from paper, and let cool on a plate.
