Sweet Heat Smoothie
What You’ll Need
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 tbsp chia seeds
Juice of ½–1 lime (to taste)
1 tsp agave
½ cup coconut water
¼ cup coconut milk
¼ tsp chili powder
Pinch of cayenne
Pinch of sea salt
How to Make
Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust lime or chili depending on whether you want it brighter or spicier.
